Advisory Board
The Center of Excellence model is based upon industry responsiveness. As a means of gathering continual input, the Center for Careers in Education recently established an advisory board. Comprised of educators and industry leaders, the board helps shape Center related initiatives and activities. It does so by sharing labor market needs and job skill requirements/gaps; analyzing emerging trends and identifying innovative technology. Most importantly, the board is instrumental in opening doors and connecting the Center to new opportunities and partnerships.
